DeferSheet is provided as is. It calculates schedules from the amounts, dates and methods in the files and settings you provide, but you are responsible for the entries you post and the statements you prepare: review the results before using them. DeferSheet is not accounting, audit or tax advice.

Free plan

The on-screen deferred revenue, rollforward and schedule are unlimited. Journal entries, the full waterfall and downloads are available for files with up to 50 invoice lines.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 30-day pass expires after 30 days. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if DeferSheet can't build your schedule.

Acceptable use

Only process data you are authorized to access. Don't resell or redistribute license keys.

Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Chargebee, Excel, ScaleXP, Synder, Book of Revenue, Founderpath, Ordway and other product names are trademarks of their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility or for comparison. DeferSheet is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
